This year’s 3rd Annual Tee-Up Against Cancer was a huge success, we raised over $80,000 for the PMCF and Camp Trillium.
On September 11, 2014 the SCRF foundation held its 3rd Annual Tee-Up Against Cancer Golf Fundraiser. Thanks to the generous support and contributions from all our sponsors we raised over $80,000 this year.
All the proceeds from our fundraising event were donated to two very worthwhile charity organizations who are dedicated to improving the lives of people living with cancer: The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation received a cheque for $56,700 and Camp Trillium received $15,000.
As you may be are aware, the PMCF has funded groundbreaking cancer research for many years and Camp Trillium is a dedicated non-profit organization that provides children with cancer and their families with free year round camp programs in order to help lessen the burden of cancer and to enable the kids to enjoy their childhood.
The success of this event is largely due to our many sponsors, the vendors & individuals who donated prizes and all the wonderful volunteers who generously donated their time.
